Dinner Receptions in Verbena

Traditionally our wedding receptions are hosted in the Callippe Ballroom, and with good reason- it is the largest event space on property, and offers amazing flow from the start to finish of an event.  However, for those of you out there looking for something a little cozier, our Verbena Room might be just the ticket.  The space, which has a gentle “L” shape, and working fireplaces at each end, offers seating for up to 120 guests at queens tables or rounds of 10, or up to 80 if you wanted to use the front portion of the room for the cocktail reception space.  Its heated terrace offers panoramic views of the city and Golden Gate Bridge, and is an amazing spot for guests to hang out, waiting to welcome the new bride and groom.  Verbena is a great space for couples looking to host a more formal multi-course dinner experience followed-up with housemade truffles and port on the patio.  Or for those who still want to get their dance on, there is the option of moving up to our historic Mission Blue Chapel to keep the party going.
